You love running and want to contribute to mobile nursing care for children? Then join the Charity run "Ich helfe laufend".
You can choose from different formats: either you run 30 or 60 minutes. The distance you run is up to you so runners at any level are welcome :) You can either run alone or in teams of three - if you want to run as a team, everybody in the team has to type in the name of your team in the field "Teamname".
